Informed that our client wanted to enter the California market, BBD found the perfect site in Granite Bay which is north of Sacramento.  As a turn key build-to-suit solution, BBD negotiated and purchased the land,  funded the project, in addition to hiring and managing the architect, civil engineer and general contractor.
